Banana Bread Granola || Vegan and Gluten-Free

Author: Bella Lam || Total time: 35 minutes  Ingredients: 1/2 tsp cinnamon  3 cups oats  1/4 cup walnuts (optional) 2 mash bananas 1/4 cup tahini or any nut butter 3 tbsp maple syrup   How to:  Preheat to 325 Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl and set aside. Mash bananas in a separate bowl until smooth.  Stir in syrup and tahnini until well combine! Look out for chunks of tahini.  Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated. Add in walnuts. Add onto baking sheet in parchament paper and bake for 30-35 minutes. Stirring and mixing granola around every 10 minutes for even cooking. Let cool and transfer for container.
