Easy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

Need some meal prep inspo? Try this super simple snack bite! Protein infused and perfect for your adventures!

Ingredients 

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together old fashioned oats, coconut, ground fla, seed and salt.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the peanut butter and maple syrup together.
  4. Remove from heat and add 2 TBS plant-based milk and vanilla.
  5. Add all wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Using 1 TBS, roll them into balls and place on your prepared baking sheet. If too dry, add a splash of milk.
  7. Place bites in freezer for 10 minutes to set. 
  8. Transfer the bites from the baking sheet to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Eat within a week or so!
