    Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

    The perfect pairing for those early Fall mornings. Stay in bed a little longer knowing that you have a meal ready to go first thing in the morning! Quick, easy, vegan, gluten-free breakfast never looked so good.

    Ingredients
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1cupoat
    • 1 tbspagave
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    • 1/2tsp pumpkin spice
    • 1/2tsp cinnamon
    Optional toppings: walnuts, raisins, brown sugar
      Instructions
      1. 1. Grab a 12 oz mason jar

        2. Layer ingredients one at a time until jar is full

        3. Let sit overnight or for at least 8 hours

        4. Stir 

        4. Top with your your walnuts, raisins or brown sugar
