Sweet Potato Banana Smoothie V+GF

(makes 1 drink)

 

Ingredients:

-1/2 large sweet potatoe (baked or steamed)

-1 banana

-1 cup nut milk

-1/2 cup ice

-1 scoop vanilla protein

-1/tsp cinnamon

 

How to:

- Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used a Vitamix.

 

- Enjoy!
