Easy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

Need some meal prep inspo? Try this super simple snack bite! Protein infused and perfect for your adventures! Ingredients  1 cup  gluten-free old-fashioned oats  1 cup  shredded coconut (unsweetened) ¾ cup  creamy peanut butter or any nut butter of choice  ¼ cup ground flax seed ¼ cup  maple syrup or any liquid sweetener 2-3 TBS unsweetened plant-based milk  1 tsp pure vanilla extract ¼ tsp salt Instructions Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together old fashioned oats, coconut, ground fla, seed and salt. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the peanut butter and maple syrup together. We tweaked the All-American classic into a vegan and gluten-free version that the whole family will LOVE. This easy, super delicious and hearty recipe will guarantee smiles! Heya! Bella here :) On May 18th, we proudly celebrated one year in business as Coconut Whisk! As we reflect back at this past 365 days, there's a sense of pure awe. There's also a sense of deep gratitude. 5-Ingredient Iced Turmeric Latte Drink

The perfect blend of detoxifying turmeric and creamy plant-based milk. Try this refreshing recipe when you need something to awaken your senses. Enjoy! Vegan & Gluten-free Mini Chocolate Cakes

Enjoy this sweet treat that's been created for sharing!  Grab a Coconut Whisk Chocolate Muffin Mix and you're good to go! Ingredients:Cake~- 1 Coconut Whisk Chocolate Muffin Mix- plant-based milk- liquid sweetener (maple syrup or agave etc)- vanilla extract is optional Icing~- Powdered Sugar- 2 tsp vanilla extract- 3 tbsp semi-melted coconut oil- 2-4 tbsp milk (depends on your thickness preference)- optional- use a few drops of food coloring Direction:1. Follow the direction on mix package2. Combine all icing ingredients in a large bowl; add milk little by little3.
