Why the name Coconut Whisk?
Ohhhh for many reasons :') Coconut is a versatile, nutrient-dense superfood and we sweeten our mixes with its sugar. The coconut tree also means the all-giving tree in many cultures and that played well with our mission off making plant-based food affordable yet premium. And lastly... to Bella (our founder), it's comfort. it reminds her of a childhood in Vietnam where coconut was in every dessert. We hope you feel the #coconutlove, too.
Does it taste like coconut?
Nope! We use organic coconut sugar, which actually has a slight caramel taste.
What is the shelf life?
All of our mixes have a shelf life (best by date) of ~12 months from the manufacturing date. You can find it at the top right corner of your mix.
How do I make the mixes?
Pancakes = just add water
Cookies = water + (unflavored) oil
Soo easy right? :)
How long does it take to make?
Pancakes = ~5 minutes total
Cookies = ~20 minutes total
How many does it make?
Pancakes = ~22 4" pancakes
Cookies = ~12 medium cookies

I wish I could give more stars! First I want to address that I ordered during a time that they were experiencing shipping delays and customer service was so communicative, kind & efficient it rectifying this inconvenience. So as a company I was already impressed. Once my package arrived the mix didn’t disappoint! I love these pancakes! They taste better than “regular” pancakes and are better for you! I add a plant based milk instead of water just out of habit but still so delicious. I grew up on pancakes so they are a sentimental breakfast stable for me and since I’ve changed my diet I’ve been searching high and low for a healthy alternative to my childhood favorite. I’m so happy the search is over. I highly recommend this to anyone vegan or not you will love these and be doing your health a favor. And can I just say I am a sucker for the cute packaging. Lol I genuinely want to thank coconut whisk for the amazing customer service and an amazing product to match! New lifetime customer here!!
