  • What are some things that you're absolutely passionate about?  Cooking, bodybuilding, helping others, and surfing. 
  • What do you do? Work/school?  I’m a professional IFBB athlete in the sport of bodybuilding (bikini category), I’m a vegan chef, and “YouTuber”. 
  • What is your health philosophy? Vegan for everything.  I choose to live compassionately for the animals, for the environment, and for my health.  Veganism is much more than a diet. It is a philosophy, a system of values, a way of life.
  • What's your favorite self-care ritual? Face mask and hot salt baths.  
  • What's one food you could eat every single day? OATS!
  • Who inspires you the most aka your role models? My husband George inspires me every day to be a better human, a better wife, and a bad ass athlete. 
  • Where is your favorite place to travel to? I love Costa Rica.
  • What's a social cause that means the most to you? I love spreading awareness about the vegan lifestyle.
  • How do you balance personal life and work? I work from home and I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule.  I make sure to have set hours for work, and set hours for going to the gym.  Everything else is family time.  My hubby George and I try to have date night once per week.  
  • Chocolate or peanut butter? Easy…Chocolate! 
  • Pancakes or waffles? Waffles!
  • Favorite thing about Coconut Whisk? I love how simple and wholesome ingredients are. 
  • Any advice you’d like to give to your younger self? I was a shy girl, I would tell myself to "BE FEARLESS! And don’t worry too much."
  • What are some long term goals that you're currently striving for? I want to be one of the best athletes in my sport.  I want to qualify for the Olympia ( the most prestiguious bodybuilding show in the world).  I’m working hard every day to make that dream a reality.
