Cinnamon Apple Fall Margarita - Coconut Whisk

Cinnamon Apple Fall Margarita

Hey, who says health has to be chia seeds and cold-pressed juice 24/7?  Nope, it doesn’t have to. Bring on the tequila mkay?

With family gatherings and plenty of events going on this season, it’s a good time to remind yourself that it’s okay to let go of the strict regimes and unwind with loved ones. Especially if that means letting yourself have a drink or two.

I believe health is never black and white. You have those shades of grey in there when it involves days without going to the gym, late-night snackin and vegan donuts.

I recently heard something that really got me thinkin….

Someone said that during your final hours. You’re not going to think back on your life and think “WOW, I’m really glad that I stayed at size 2 my whole life” or “I’m pretty proud of the 10,000 hours that I put in the gym by myself”.

Yes, keeping your body healthy, balanced and fit are SO important– I can preach this all day.

But instead of allowing it to consume you, know that you’re still capable of giving love and receiving love even if you let go of your iron grip on eating 100% clean or getting to the gym.

At the end of the day, all that matters is who we loved and how much we gave to the world.

Oooofta, that got a little deep.

But remember friend, your worth isn’t wrapped up in what you look like externally. As long as YOU feel proud, content and beautiful– nothing else matters.

Cheers to spending the holidays eating and laughing with plenty of food around the table.

Simply listen to your body and festivities because that’s what it’s all about this time of year <3
