Vegan Vietnamese Frozen Yogurt
A refreshing and delicious snack for hot summer days with just a few ingredients. For your lactose intolerance and vegan friends to enjoy without the fear of missing out on a cooling dessert. This treat is light on the tongue with hints of sourness from the lemon to balance out the sweetness from the condensed milk. It can be served with frozen berries or perfectly on its own.
Ingredients:
- Vegan sweetened condensed milk
- Instant pot
- Plain vegan yogurt with live active cultures
- Alternative plant-based milk
- Boiling hot water
- Glass jars
- lemons
Instructions:
- Mix sweetened vegan condensed milk with hot water until dissolved
- Add in plant-based milk of choice from the fridge ( milk should be cold)
- Then stir in the plain vegan yogurt and mix until all dissolved
- Squeeze lemons into the mixture (depending on choice of tartness)
- Pour the yogurt mixture into clean glass jars with lids closed
- Add in water, surrounding the jars in the instant pot
- Set for 10+ hours, turn vent to “sealing” and select “yogurt”
- Place in the refrigerator and enjoy once it’s cool
Iced Avocado Dessert
This is a popular year-round dessert in countries like Vietnam and Philippines. It is a quick five minute treat for when you are craving something refreshing and sweet. This iced avocado dessert is the perfect summer snack for all age groups.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of vegan condensed milk
- ¼ water/ alternative milk
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
- In a bowl with ice, dice up and add in an avocado
- Mix vegan condensed milk with water or alternative milk and pour in the bowl
- Stir the mixture well and add additional condensed milk if desired

Vegan Mango Sago
If you like mango, this is the treat for you! Mango sago is a popular dessert in China, Japan and Southeast Asia for its chewiness from the sago, sweetness from the mango, and refreshing summer taste when all combined. This is a great dessert to bring to gatherings and parties for guests to enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk
- ¾ cup coconut evaporated milk
- 2 large mangoes
- ¼ small tapioca pearls
Instructions:
- Boil tapioca pearls according to packet instructions an set to the side
- Stir coconut milk on the stove until reach a boil
- Combine the tapioca pearls with the cooled coconut milk and place in the refrigerator
- Dice up a mango and add in blender
- Blend with added coconut evaporated milk until smooth
- Place the mango puree at the bottom of the cup and then add the sago pudding
- Top it off with leftover diced mango and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Plain plant-based yogurt
- Wax paper
- Honey
- Fruits of choice
- Nuts/ granolas ( any toppings of choice)
Instructions:
- Mix plain plant-based yogurt with honey (based on desired sweetness)
- Spread thick layer of yogurt on wax paper
- Sprinkle berries, nuts, granolas over the yogurt
- Freeze overnight and cut into bars the next morning
- Ready to serve and store extras in ziplock bags in the freezer for later!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of vegan pancake mix ( Coconut Whisk pancake mix is great!)
- ½ cup of plant-based milk
- ½ tsp of melted coconut oil
- Non-dairy ice cream
- Toppings (fruits, chocolate, syrup,etc.)
Instruction:
- Mix the Coconut Whisk pancake mix with choice of non-dairy milk
- Add coconut oil onto the pan
- Form little, tiny circles with the mixed batter
- Flip until both sides are golden
- Serve with choice of non-dairy ice cream
- Add any additional fruits/chocolate chips/syrup to liking
- Enjoy!
