-1/2 large sweet potatoe (baked or steamed)
-1 banana
-1 cup nut milk
-1/2 cup ice
-1 scoop vanilla protein
-1/tsp cinnamon

- Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used a Vitamix.
