Vegan & Gluten-free Chocolate Banana Bread

Chocolate Banana Bread
Makes 8 slices

You’ll Need:
● 2 medium bananas, mashed
● 1 cup non-dairy milk
● 1 packet Coconut Whisk Vegan Chocolate Muffin Mix
● 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
● 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips
To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan with coconut oil.
2. Mix the bananas and non-dairy milk in a large bowl until smooth.
3. Add the Coconut Whisk Vegan Chocolate Muffin Mix and cinnamon to the wet mixture
and stir until combined. Do not overmix, some lumps or banana chunks are okay! Then,
fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
5. Bake at 375F for 16-18 minutes, then increase the temp to 425F for 8-10 more minutes.
Once a butter knife comes out of the loaf clean, it’s done!
6. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!!
