Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, due to demand, it can take up to 4-9 business days.  

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and tracking information within 24 hours.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes Customize the following: Coconut Whisk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages Customize the following: Coconut Whisk LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (hello@coconutwhisk.com) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses The arrival to P.O. boxes is the customer's responsibility. 

 

Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with a certain product, you can request for a refund for specific items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped. If the products arrived damaged, we can also issue a refund or replacement. Please contact hello@coconutwhisk and attach a photo (highly recommended). Returns and statements of a full refund can take up to 20 days.
