I am passionate about veganism, social justice, and sustainability

I am a full time Sales Manager in the Vacation Rental Industry and Part Time Vegan Lifestyle Blogger
What is your health philosophy?
Food is first and foremost your medicine and mental health is of the upmost importance.
What's your favorite self-care ritual?
Bubble Baths for sure!
What's one food you could eat every single day?
Brunch! It never get's old!
Who inspires you the most aka your role models?
People who are helpers. Helping animals, people, children. Anytime someone goes out of their way to make someone else's life better, those are the people who are the most inspiring to me.
Where is your favorite place to travel to?
Europe! Specifically Germany, it's super vegan friendly!
What's a social cause that means the most to you?
Food insecurity, everyone should have access to affordable, healthy, plant based foods.
How do you balance your personal life and work?
My planner is my life! I love to stay organized and recently I've started to pick 3 main activities to do each day, big or small, to not overwhelm myself with such a large to do list. It leaves me feeling accomplished at the end of the day.
Chocolate or peanut butter?
That's tough but chocolate has my heart!
Pancakes or waffles?
Waffles for sure!
Favorite thing about Coconut Whisk?

What are some long term goals that you're currently striving for?
I want to turn my passion for blogging into a full time business. I want to be able to curate vegan group getaways, develop courses for aspiring vegan bloggers and businesses on how to succeed with social media, and open a plant based bed and breakfast in the Texas Hill country.
